Welcome to Cricrosoft Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, registering for, or accessing any of our online courses you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our platform or enroll in our courses.
1. Definitions
"Platform" / "Website" means the LMS located at cricrosoft.com and its subdomains.
"Course(s)" means any online learning content, certification, video, PDF, assessment, or related material provided via the Platform.
"User" / "Learner" means any individual or entity who registers for or uses the Platform.
"Company" means Cricrosoft Technologies Private Limited.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or enrolling in any Course you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced herein.
3. Eligibility & Account
- You must register with accurate, complete information and keep your account details up to date.
- Account credentials (username and password) are personal. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- If you are under the legal age required in your jurisdiction to enter into these terms, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.
4. Access & Course Use
- All courses are provided for personal and educational use only. Commercial distribution, resale, sublicensing, or public display without our written permission is prohibited.
- Access to a Course is granted only after successful payment (if applicable) and is subject to the access duration or license specified at purchase.
- We may modify, update, suspend, or remove Course content at any time. We will try to notify affected learners of material changes where practicable.
- Sharing login credentials or course files (videos, PDFs, quizzes) with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, audio, and video (the "Content") are the property of the Company or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Content for personal learning only.
6. Payment & Refunds
- Course fees and payment terms will be presented at checkout. Payments are processed via our payment providers and are subject to their terms.
- Unless otherwise stated at the time of sale, fees are non-refundable. Specific refund policies (if any) for particular courses or promotions will be displayed prior to purchase.
- We reserve the right to suspend access for users with outstanding or disputed payments until the issue is resolved.
7. Certifications & Outcomes
- Any certificate issued on completion of a Course reflects completion of the materials and assessments provided by the Platform. It does not guarantee employment, results, or any specific outcome.
- Certificates are subject to our verification policies and may be revoked if obtained by fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms.
8. User Conduct
Users must not use the Platform to post or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material. Users must not attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, interfere with Platform operations, upload malware, or engage in data scraping, hacking, or other disruptive behavior.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Courses at our discretion for violations of these Terms, illegal conduct, or other misuse. In cases of termination for breach, refunds will not be provided unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Privacy & Personal Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to such collection and processing. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy you should not use the Platform.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services (payment processors, video hosts, analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party terms or practices. Use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform and Course materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) regarding accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will the Company, its officers, directors, employees or licensors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents and employees from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
