• Access is usually provided instantly after successful payment.

• If access is not active, kindly contact support for quick resolution.

3. Delivery Method

• A confirmation email is sent to the registered email address after purchase.
• You can log in to your LMS dashboard to view the newly activated course.

4. Failed or Delayed Access

If you do not receive access within 4 hours, check your spam folder or contact support with payment details.

5. Incorrect Email Details

If the wrong email was provided during checkout, inform us immediately. After verification, we will correct the email and resend access.

6. No Shipping Charges

Since products are digital, no shipping fees or physical delivery timelines apply.

7. International Access

Courses can be accessed from anywhere worldwide with an active internet connection.
